An update, finally!
Posted on April 03, 2011
Last few months have been really busy. Busy but productive, last month Mike released our DVD "Get Digital" a two disc instructional dvd on photoshop geared towards tattoo artists. Will have more info up soon in the Projects section of my website but for now you can get more info or purchase the dvd through www.MdTattoos.com Also finished a painting I had been working on since January, of a baphomet. You can bet I listened to alot of metal while painting this baby. Also had the opportunity to go back into some tattoos I had done months ago and revamp them. I think the change was big enough for me to post them again on the site with updated pictures. I have some more exciting projects coming up too so that should keep me busier still. Also I would like to add that I am now listed as an artist on our studio site www.MdTattooStudio.com So check that out if you get a chance.

Happy New Year!
Posted on January 02, 2011
Been tattooing a bit more lately and posted some new tattoos in the gallery and a new painting in the painting section. Very happy to be tattooing more. Hoping this new year brings some awesome projects my way!

Scratchboards
Posted on December 13, 2010
Got a 3 pack of 5" x 7" scratchboards just to see if I would like the medium. Turns out its really fun. I just finished and posted all 3 of them in the Art section of the site. I got inspired to try scratchboards when checking out "Scratch Art" A collection of scratchboard art by tattoo artists which is an awesome book available through ReflectedArt.com, check it out if you haven't already. I think what I like most about the medium is you can do it anywhere and not make much of a mess aside from a few dust particles. Will definitely be doing more of these in the future!

Hell City Tattoo Convetion
Posted on October 06, 2010
I'm excited to say I will be attending the Hell City Tattoo Festival in Arizona next weekend the 27 thru the 29th I will be bringing some prints with me and maybe some original artwork aswell. I went to my first Hell City last year and had a blast! The convention is held at the Biltmore restort hotel in Phoenix, AZ. Stop by and say hello! I'll be in the MD Tattoo Studio booth. Here is some more info on the convention: Rain or Shine, Hell City is "One Hell Of A Good Time"! The Hell City Tattoo Festival is a tattoo convention put on by tattoo artists, featuring world class artists and collectors from around the world! Hell City brings you not only some of the world's best tattoo masters, but also showcases many of today's young, up and coming tattoo artists! It is much more than your typical tattoo convention though, Hell City is a one of a kind because we include many other activities that you won't see at any other tattoo conventions. If you have ever been to Hell City before, you have seen the massive crowds. The line that gathers before the gates even open looks more like the line to get into a sold out rock concert. Once inside, all that is Hell City will amaze your eyes, ears and skin. With everything from live entertainment on the main stage, to music, to free seminars, The Art Fusion Experiment, tattoo competitions every day, and the lovely Suicide Girls giving out the one of a kind trophies, you will want to stay the entire weekend at the Beautiful Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa! This is our new website with many new features to make your Hell City Experience that much more enjoyable! We encourage feedback from artists and members, your input will help shape the future of this social tattoo network!
